Tekville Education Officially Launches 'AI Work Assistant' for Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education

Tekville Education announced on the 22nd that it has officially launched its “AI Work Assistant” service for educators and staff in the Incheon region starting this month.

This launch follows the successful completion of the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education’s “AI Education Assistant Service Development Project,” led by Tekville Education. The initiative was designed to reduce teachers’ administrative workload and create an environment where they can focus more on teaching.

The Incheon Office of Education’s AI Work Assistant is powered by Tekville Education’s public education-focused AI platform, “Mycl.” The service is accessible via a web browser without the need for additional software installation and is integrated with the Incheon Office of Education’s unified account system (AIEP) to enhance accessibility. It is being provided free of charge for one year to approximately 30,000 users, including kindergarten, elementary, and secondary school teachers and staff within the Incheon education system.

A key feature, the “AI Hangul Document Editor,” allows users to upload Hangul (HWP) files stored on their computers and edit or revise them in real time with AI support. The system can automatically generate drafts for essential administrative documents such as parent notices, meeting minutes, and evaluation plans. Generated documents can be immediately downloaded as HWP files, enabling users to complete their work within a familiar document environment.

Security and technical reliability have also been strengthened. A dedicated AI model trained on various education office guidelines and manuals has been applied, and the system supports multiple large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

Building on this project, Tekville Education plans to expand AI adoption across additional education offices at the institutional level.

Hyungse Lee, CEO of Tekville Education, stated, “Based on 25 years of experience and data accumulated in public education, we have developed an AI solution that reduces teachers’ administrative burden and enables them to focus on teaching. Starting with this collaboration, we will continue to expand AI-driven innovation in administrative work across education offices and schools.”
