Tekville Education's Chathess Wins AI&EdTech Supply and Implementation Projects from Jeonnam and Incheon Offices of Education

Tekville Education (CEO Hyung-se Lee) announced on the 23rd that Chathess, its AI and EdTech marketplace, has won contracts for the “AI & EdTech Supply and Implementation Projects” promoted by the Jeonnam Provincial Office of Education’s Institute for Creative Convergence Education and the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education’s AI Convergence Education Center.

This achievement marks the first official supply of the global collaboration platform Padlet to a Korean Office of Education. The successful adoption is expected to accelerate the use of global EdTech solutions within public education.

Through the “2025 Jeonnam Meta-School Teaching and Learning Support Collaboration Platform License Procurement Project” led by the Jeonnam Institute for Creative Convergence Education, Tekville Education will supply Padlet licenses.

As part of the project, Padlet will be integrated with the Jeonnam Meta-School and the Jeonnam AI Big Data Platform. In addition, three teacher training sessions will be provided to strengthen educators’ collaborative tool utilization skills and expand practical classroom application.

For the “AI-Personalized Teaching and Learning Platform EdTech Service Implementation Project” commissioned by the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education’s AI Convergence Education Center, Chathess will supply a total of four EdTech solutions: Padlet, the writing support tool Jajakjajak, the quiz creation tool QuizN, and the generative AI tool Gemini.

Chathess will oversee teacher training programs for each solution and support seamless operation in schools through platform integration with the AI-Personalized Education Platform (AIEP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) services.

In addition, based on the scale of accounts introduced by the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, Chathess will provide one-month trial licenses for the domestic collaboration tool WowIdeas and the public-education-focused AI solution Michael (MyClass), creating an environment where educators can compare and experience a diverse range of domestic and global solutions.

Chathess is recognized by Padlet headquarters as Korea’s largest official reseller, operating a top-tier partnership that covers everything from license issuance to customer support.

Beyond Padlet, Chathess is the exclusive reseller of Notion and GoodNotes, as well as the sole official reseller of Kahoot in Korea, offering a comprehensive lineup of global EdTech tools essential for educational settings.

With partnerships spanning more than 200 AI and EdTech companies—including Matholic T and OneHour—Chathess has established itself as Korea’s largest public-education-focused AI and EdTech marketplace.

When supplying overseas EdTech tools to Offices of Education, Chathess also operates a model that provides functionally similar domestic EdTech pilot products free of charge for one month, contributing to market entry and expansion opportunities for outstanding Korean AI and EdTech companies.

CEO Hyung-se Lee of Tekville Education stated,
“These projects with the Jeonnam and Incheon Offices of Education represent a meaningful effort to design practical classroom innovation by combining global and domestic EdTech tools in public education. Moving forward, we will continue to provide a balanced portfolio of global and Korean AI and EdTech solutions through Chathess and actively support teachers in applying them effectively in their classrooms.”

Meanwhile, leveraging over 20 years of experience in teacher professional development through Teacherville, Tekville Education has built a fully integrated, end-to-end support system covering EdTech adoption, platform integration, training, utilization consulting, and post-implementation support.

Through this system, the company aims to minimize teachers’ administrative burden while maximizing real-world impact across teaching, assessment, and project-based learning activities.
