Tekville Education's DdookDdak Shop Launches "AI Publishing" Service

Tekville Education announced on the 17th that DdookDdak Shop, its AI-powered edtech platform for creating school merchandise, has officially launched a new “AI Publishing” service that enables AI-generated content to be published as formal printed books.

The service is the first school-specialized Print On Demand (POD) publishing solution in Korea that allows manuscripts created through AI writing tools to be published as official books with an assigned ISBN. As AI literacy becomes an essential competency in education, the experience of completing student-created content in the form of a printed book carries significant educational value, fostering creativity, self-expression, and self-directed learning—key competencies for the future.

In response to these changes, DdookDdak Shop offers a new educational experience that enables students and teachers to easily transform AI-based classroom content into officially published materials.

The AI Publishing service is designed to work seamlessly with a wide range of AI creative tools commonly used in schools, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Book Creator, Canva, Tooning, and Wittoon.

Users can upload AI-generated manuscripts, apply for ISBN issuance, and insert the assigned ISBN directly into the book cover to produce their own publications. There is no minimum order quantity—books can be printed starting from a single copy. As order quantities increase, the unit price decreases, maximizing usability in school environments.

To support administrative convenience, the service offers postpaid school budget billing, customized procurement options aligned with school budgets, and full purchasing documentation support. Free cover design templates are also provided, and all published books are officially recorded under the publisher name “Teachermall Publishing.”

This service provides high practical value by enabling both students and teachers to preserve their creative work as formal published records.

Students can publish a variety of works, including storybook collections, field trip journals, poetry anthologies, and archived project outcomes

Experiencing the process of transforming AI-generated content into a physical book is expected to significantly enhance learning achievement and creative motivation.

Teachers can publish student guidance casebooks, instructional research materials, classroom application case studies, and reflective or healing essay collections, allowing their professional expertise and classroom records to be formalized as official publications. This further enhances professional portfolios and supports career development.

Lee Chang-hoon, Head of the Edu-Commerce Division at Tekville Education, stated,

“At a time when AI education is becoming increasingly important, DdookDdak Shop’s AI Publishing service will serve as a new educational model that extends AI-based creative competencies into tangible outcomes for both students and teachers. We will continue to introduce practical AI-driven education services that can be directly applied in classrooms.”

In addition, Teachermall, Tekville Education’s education-focused online marketplace, offers a variety of AI learning tools that can be integrated into AI-based lessons. A representative product, the NFC Keyring Set (CD, Mini Book, Cassette Tape, and LP designs), allows AI-generated text, images, videos, and audio to be embedded and shared in physical formats—making it especially effective for expanding project-based learning outcomes.

Through these solutions, teachers can design AI-integrated lessons more reliably, while students can manage and preserve their learning outcomes as both physical artifacts and official records.
