Chathess by Tekville Education Announces Exclusive Partnership with “Dokdo,” a Personalized Reading & Writing Platform for Elementary Students.

Chathess, the AI & EdTech marketplace operated by Tekville Education, announced on the 2nd that it has officially launched Dokdo, a personalized reading and writing platform for elementary students, through an exclusive partnership.

The newly launched Dokdo platform provides individualized reading and writing learning paths tailored to each student’s learning level and personal traits.

The platform is designed to strengthen both logical and critical thinking as well as writing skills through features such as:

  • Grade- and subject-based recommended book lists

  • Reading by book length

  • Online quizzes

  • Workbook activities

  • Step-by-step writing curriculum

  • Digital literacy training

  • Gamification elements and reward systems

According to recent findings from the Ministry of Education and the Korea Institute for Curriculum and Evaluation, declining reading comprehension and writing proficiency among elementary students remain ongoing concerns. Teachers report that “reading proficiency varies widely by grade level, and simple reading activities alone are not sufficient to improve writing expression.”

In response, Chathess is combining Dokdo with its existing exclusive product Maeil Korean T to offer an integrated curriculum solution for vocabulary and literacy development.

Maeil Korean T is an interactive Korean language courseware that incorporates gamification elements across essential literacy components. The combination of Dokdo × Maeil Korean T supports schools and teachers in building a comprehensive Korean learning environment tailored to students’ individual levels.

Lee Chang-hoon, Head of Edu-Commerce at Tekville Education, stated,

“Dokdo is designed to help students enjoyably build their reading and writing skills through a gamified learning experience. Through this exclusive partnership, we will actively support the expansion of personalized reading and writing programs across public schools nationwide.”
