'AI MyClass' Enhance Personalized Sentence Auto-Generation for Student Record Writing 

Tekville Education announced on the 18th that MyClass, its AI solution specialized for public education, has released a new dedicated tool designed to support teachers in writing Student Records (SAE: 생활기록부).

To mark the launch, a special promotional discount will run through December 31.

MyClass allows teachers to choose the most suitable AI model—such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini—depending on the nature of their task. 

It supports a wide range of teacher workflows, including AI-powered Korean document editing, parent letter drafting, organizing parent-teacher conference notes, writing behavioral development records, and generating lesson materials.

The newly introduced “MyClass Student Record Tool” is designed to drastically reduce the time required for SAE writing, enabling teachers to create personalized and student-specific records with ease.

By analyzing each student’s characteristics and accumulated activity logs, the tool automatically generates individualized sentences optimized for each learner—ensuring differentiated records even for students who participated in the same activities.

The tool also provides class-level bulk writing support, allowing teachers to generate detailed achievement and competency statements for an entire class with a single click.  

All outputs can be easily downloaded as Excel files, improving documentation management efficiency.

For sentences entered manually by teachers, the tool offers real-time spell-check and byte-count displays to ensure error-free SAE submission.

Additionally, teachers can simply select student-specific keywords and receive AI-generated suggestions for behavioral traits and general comments. The tool can also produce detailed competency-based subject statements derived from activity and assignment records.

Meanwhile, Tekville Education is offering a special launch promotion for the MyClass Student Record Tool from November 10 to December 31. During the event period, the product will be discounted from KRW 38,900 to KRW 29,900, and teachers will also receive a 14-day free trial.
