Tekville Education Selected as a "2025 Seoul-type strong small Enterprise." 

Tekville Education, an AI and digital education company, announced on the 23rd that it has been selected as a “2025 Seoul-type Strong Small Enterprise,” an official certification granted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The Seoul-type Strong Small Enterprise program recognizes small and medium-sized companies that offer a stable and supportive working environment for young employees and demonstrate strong growth potential.

This year, a total of 149 companies applied, resulting in a competition rate of 3.1 to 1, with 48 companies ultimately selected.

Selected companies receive up to KRW 15 million per newly hired young full-time employee and a maximum of KRW 45 million per company to improve workplace environments.

The funds can be used to expand rest and convenience facilities, organize cultural workshops, provide health checkups, and support personal development. Companies can also participate in post-certification management programs such as onboarding sessions to help new employees adapt quickly and expert-led consultations on work-life balance.
