Tekville Education announced on the 30th that it has been selected as a 2025 Outstanding Labor-Management Culture Company by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and organized by the Korea Labor Foundation, the Outstanding Labor-Management Culture Company program has been in place since 1996. Each year, it certifies companies that exemplify cooperative labor-management relations and contribute to strengthening corporate competitiveness through win–win practices.

This year, 40 companies were selected, and the certificate presentation ceremony was held on the 29th at the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office in Jongno-gu.

Tekville Education was highly evaluated for maintaining stable labor-management relations through regular labor-management councils, transparent communication of management status, and consistent efforts to preserve employment.

The company also operates an administrative officer system dedicated to improving working conditions and welfare programs on a monthly basis, enabling swift collection of employee feedback and prompt action. Through this initiative, policies such as expanded flexible working arrangements and the introduction of hourly leave have been implemented.

In addition, Tekville Education actively promotes employee welfare by offering breakfast, medical expense support, legal consultation, early leave for employees on their birthdays, and book discussion programs. The company has also extended its commitment to social value by providing free education programs for underprivileged groups.

CEO Hyung-se Lee of Tekville Education stated, “We will continue to foster a workplace of cooperation and mutual growth through ongoing communication with our employees,” adding, “By doing so, we aim to create quality jobs and contribute to the advancement of the edtech industry.”
