Jointly hosted by government ministries such as the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the "Fair Recruitment Excellence Awards" recognize institutions and companies that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in transparent, competency-based, and applicant-friendly recruitment practices.
This year, awards were presented to 10 institutions in the public sector and 12 companies in the private sector. In the corporate category, a total of 22 companies were recognized, including six Minister of Employment and Labor Awards and two awards each from five different ministries.
Tekville Education was selected as a recipient for implementing transparent, competency-based recruitment, including job description guidance for applicants, development of competency-based hiring tools, onboarding programs, interviewer training, and job experience sharing via social media.
CEO Lee Hyung-se stated, "We have continuously improved our recruitment system every year with the goal of fair hiring. Moving forward, Tekville Education will remain committed to transparent, competency-based recruitment, contributing to job creation and talent development."
Meanwhile, on February 6, Tekville Education was also certified as a "2024 Leisure-Friendly Company."
