Tekville Education, Inc. Selected as a "2025 Excellent Labor Management Culture Company

Hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and overseen by the Korea Labor Foundation, the “Excellent Labor-Management Culture Company” certification program has been recognizing companies that exemplify collaborative labor-management practices and contribute to strengthening corporate competitiveness since 1996.
This year, 40 companies were selected as outstanding examples, and the certificate award ceremony was held on the 29th at the Seoul Regional Employment and Labor Office in Jongno-gu. Tekville Education was highly praised for maintaining a stable labor-management relationship through regular labor-management council meetings and transparent management communication using various internal channels.
The company also operates an administrative manager system to collect and respond quickly to employee feedback regarding workplace environment and welfare policies. As a result, it has implemented flexible working hours and allowed employees to take leave in one-hour increments.
Tekville Education actively promotes employee welfare through initiatives such as ▲providing breakfast, ▲medical expense support, ▲legal counseling, ▲early leave on birthdays, and ▲book discussion programs. In addition, the company contributes to society by offering free educational programs for underprivileged communities, striving to expand the value of education beyond the workplace.
CEO Hyungse Lee stated, “We will continue to foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial workplace through open communication with our employees,” and added, “We are committed to creating quality jobs and contributing to the advancement of the edtech industry.”
Meanwhile, last year Tekville Education was recognized as an exemplary company for fair recruitment practices, receiving the President’s Award from the Korea Federation of SMEs at the “Fair Recruitment Excellence Awards,” co-hosted by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
The company was also honored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a “Leisure-Friendly Excellent Company” and an “Outstanding Workplace for Reading Management” for promoting work-life balance and fostering a reading-friendly culture that supports the growth and happiness of its employees.
